| Our next step was to tie these numbers to the site visually. We wanted to create a visual relationship between the site structure and the traffic patterns and conversion numbers. We chose a site structure familiar to the company, the sitemap, as our communication vehicle. Using color coding and relative traffic data, we layered the information over the sitemap. We wanted to final product to be both communicative and impactful, inspriring the organization to embrace the relationship. The final product: a conference-room-long map of the website (700" x 32"). |
